I've seen Spence as the favorite on 5dimes + other sportsbooks I use since the line appeared. Believe Spence has been a -160ish to -180ish favorite the whole way on 5dimes.

He is certainly more aggresive and does better body work, but the rest is debateable, especially the defense. Defense is Spence's biggest flaw and its more than just because he is an aggresive fighter.

You should say IF KB knocks out this hypejob not when. Nobody includinh you know how this fight ends until it's over. The odds makers have Spence the favorite to beat Brook and they aren't influenced by hype, They make their living handicapping fighters. Brook is hardly a sure thing to win.

Anything else? Yes. Go take sometime and actually watch both guy's fights before you blindly anoint all the better qualities to Spence. Body work - I 'll give to Spence. More technical of the two - I 'll give it to Brook. All the other qualities are up in the air. Spence certainly bears down and imposes his will on you as the fight goes on but we have to see if that works against a guy in Brook with good power and the best 1-2 in the game right now maybe besides Canelo. It's definitely an interesting fight, clash of styles too. It can't get here quick enough.

Why is it that people will be so surprised if Spence wins? Spence is clearly one of the best P4P fighters on the planet, far above the likes of Golovkin, with the only problem being that Spence has not fought too good opposition yet. He will beat Brook and he will do it easier than Golovkin did (Golovkin got uppercutted into a state of jellylegs, lol). Spence will spark out Brook, Pacquiao, basically any of the small guys. Even Thurman is scared of the kid. He did not want to fight him even if it made him a rich man (by giving him a Mayweather fight).

Brook is no joke, you don't see any other well known american fighter calling him out. Theres a reason for that.

Aye you are correct - now the bookies have Spence a 13O favorite while Brook is +1O5. I meant when I checked odds a few weeks ago brook was like a -15O favorite and Spence was a +13O 'dog. In guessing a lot of late money on Spence came in with those odds so now they reflect your odds a bit more. Just showing how fast odds can change in these airight fights.

Im def thinking about throwing a few cheeky Hundo down Ok Brook now that I can get him at those odds. Cause I think Brook is gonna win..

Ic honestly just do not see the hype around a completely and i mean completely unproven Spence at the world level. Brook at least has one world level scalp in Porter nd I view Spence as a slightly less crude version of Porter who is a bit larger.

But I think he'll have more issues With the weight than brook.

Just can't seem Spence landing enough clean shots for majority of the rounfs to walk with a decision. And brook is about as durable le as they come. Even much naturally inclimated MW GGG came bowhereclose to dropping or badly hurting Brook. Just the eye injury promoted thr stoppage.


But this is why boxing is so great with these evenly matched fights between young hubgry guys
