GGG deserves to be a slight favorite based on size and skill, but Canelo is not far off from him in those two categories and also has better hand speed and better head movement. Canelo's level of competition faced is way way beyond GGG's, that's why people are seeing this as a pickem fight.

I consider myself a realist. This fight won't be close after the first few rounds. After that Canelo will start to fade and eats jabs with little in counter strikes. This fight will be a blend of the GGG/Lemieux fight and the mayweather fight for Canelo. I do not care how good a fighter is, constantly taking sharp hard jabs to the face will demoralize any man. When the elbows come up to fend off te jab, is when the left hooks to the body will wear Canelo out. GGG is without a doubt the best and hardest hitter Canelo has or will probably ever face in his career. There not much grey area around the outcome of this fight. Of course, this is just my opinion. You can agree, or agree to disagree.

It just shows that there are tons of casuals out there who dont know **** about boxing and quite a few biased fangirls who just follow whatever Floyd tells them. They want to protect Floyds best win so Canelo better beats GGG. Canelo can only win this fight by corruption when the fight goes the distance. Just have to endure 4 months of trolls and uneducated casuals trashing GGG who will suddenly disappear come September.

Canelo is a very good fighter, GGG is elite and that will be seen come fight night.
Realitycheck will happen in September. Can't wait.

I think people got wise to G actually getting in there with a true Middle weight and looking more average. That said, Canelo is a very small middleweight with power that is impressive against a welterweight. G Hits like a light heavy. You do the math.

Have you missed something? Apparently. Golovkin has been touted as the favorite by all sports bookies.

Its not about how good you looked in the Paarl it's about how good you looked in your last fight.

GGG had a tough fight, canelo had a easy one, that's what people remember.

I have it around 65/35 GGG. After rounds 5-6 I don't think its gonna be that competitive honestly.
