Mayweather completely ruined pacquiao's name. Pacquio and juicing is synonymous in american media, roy jones a proven cheater on espn was saying how pacquiao now looked smaller than before at 36 in the lead-up to pacquiao-mayweather and it must've been cuz he wasnt on the hush hush. No one mentions how floyd looks and moves and the stamina he still had at 38.

Pacquiao did that all by himself. It was very obvious what people were going to conclude by Pacquiao turning down the biggest fight in history over random drug tests. The media and Pac turds tried to twist it and make out it was somehow Mayweathers fault by makings demands, but it didn't work.Comment

Progression. A lot of posters here say PED use is everywhere in professional sports, let alone non professional level.
The media did a great job, like Fat Dan, saying that PAC wasn't required under the rules by the NSAC and that he agreed to the tests...
So by Mayweather simply laying out particular blood testing and cut off dates for "if you really want to fight," insinuating that if particular PEDs are used leading up to the fights, would suggest (...cause the Floyd haters say he has been juicing), that even Floyd would give up particular benefits. So an even playing field for both fighters granted Top Rank agrees. Only the better boxer would win, and with such testing in place, the odds favor Mayweather!
So why did Bob Arum literally say that PAC was afraid of needles. Industry even said let it simmer while at the same time saying Floyd was scared...
