Lol. And Paulie beat Senchenko for the WBA, Berto beat a nobody for WBC, Cotto beat Jennings for WBO.

Spence literally could not have chosen a more daunting guy to fight for a first title in a division

I'm not a big fan of Brook but I want him to beat this ****y kid. I find Spence to be extremely arrogant without doing anything of note yet.

Brooks timing is gonna be the difference in my view

Wouldn't be surprised if brook knocks him out but my money's on a brook decision

No way is he losing at bramel lane , if he does them there's no doubt spence is the 'truth'
I agree. He has the attributes of a good fighter. But like you said he needs to prove it. Some posters are calling him a total hype job. That's an exaggeration.

Brook is not a big puncher. I'm sure hes strong, but not a big puncher. He knocked out bums in the past. He didn't display any big power against Porter. Thurman showed punching power against Porter.

He's sure a very good fighter but I wouldn't say He's proven himself. He should of picked on someone more local like Garcia, Porter, Trout, Therman or Peterson.
To me He has a better chance with them than flying across the pond and fighting a guy just as good as the best, in his back yard. getting a decision is not possible. He has to knock him out. It aint going to happen. He's meeting a guy as big as himself who knows what its like to be hit by the boogeyman.

The scoring is an issue and Brook is a good fighter. Got to agree..

Right...because those guys you mentioned were all lining up to fight the guy.

He did what he was supposed to do, which is kept his mouth shut, and fought himself into position to become somebody's mandatory.

Even then, it took the other guy half a year to just agree to fight him ffs.

My prediction is that spence destroys brook & loses a decision anyways. Ive never seen an eddie hearn fight without dirty judges that completely favors the home fighter if at all close. I hope im wrong,& if brook rightfully wins he deserves to go onto big fights,I just think spence has too good of technique while brook looks like hes wide open vs southpaws,if it was spence instead of gavin on that night spence wouldve ko'd Brook, this I'm convinced of 100%. Brook kept leaving himself wide open but was saved by gavin having no defense whatsoever & no punch volume whatsoever. Gavin is just a terrible southpaw & spence has an amazing guard technique where he keeps one glove constantly blocking but still can attack at will without becoming exposed. I expect brook to have both eyes & nose bloody but to stay on his feet hugging Every chance.
