Not really the point though is it? He's still a champion and considering everybody wants an undisputed champion someone has to face him. It's good that Wilder wants to rather than just waiting on AJ doing everything.
Besides, although Parker may be the worst of the bunch a fight between Parker and Wilder could be quite competitive.
Parker has fantastic hand and feet movement and if Molina had a big enough punch to wobble Wilder then Parker certainly does too. Would still fancy Wilder to win though.Comment

not after what I saw from him in his last fight. parker looked real bad he might be a worse title holder than than charles martin. pulev and ortiz would beat him. wlad destroys him tyson fury is coming back there's plenty of better options out there. Not really the point though is it? Wlad has already said he is ONLY coming back for a Joshua rematch otherwise it's retirement. Joshua has to wait until Wlad makes his decision because wlad has immediate rematch rights. After that it's Pulev and Ortiz mandos.
Parker is the best fight for Wilder atmComment

Where is Povetkin? Haven't seen him around lately. And what the hell has Pulev done that would make Wilder want to duck him? Ortiz is Joshua's mandatory so we'll see if Joshua fights him. And Wilder has been calling out Joshua since the night he beat Martin. Called him out at the end of the Showtime broadcast. They are the ones ducking Wilder.Wilder calling out the biggest bum in the HW division besides him. Parker would decision Wilder but Wilders people see weakness that their guy can exploit obviously. Wilder has the bums way paved out for him and will not GO NEAR ANY OF THESE :
1. POVETKIN
2. WLAD
3. PULEV
4. ORTIZ
5. JOSHUA

Parker was flat last fight, but still I think this will be Wilder's toughest fight yet. Especially if Parker flat out goes after Wilder the first 3-4 rounds. No prediction other than it would be a great fight.Comment

Would have been a very well disguised troll post if you didn't mention Povetkin. That's what gave you away unfortunately.Wilder calling out the biggest bum in the HW division besides him. Not necessarily. Depending on how the timing gets set up, the winner of a hypothetical Wilder-Parker unification could end up fighting Anthony Joshua in April 2018 (assuming that Klitschko rides off and Joshua handles his IBF mandatory against Pulev this year).
...Then, you might have to fight Stiverne (though, in all likelihood, I'm pretty sure that, since Stiverne never actually fought a final eliminator, the WBC would be open to letting the WBO mandatory happen, before having their mandatory come before the WBA's)Comment

I wonder if the WBO would actually made wilder fight mandatories ? Unlike the WBC which let's him go wild and fight any unranked bum on the planet.Comment
