I've seen over 10 fights from Brook. He's very patient and sets everything up slowly over the course of rounds. Even when he gets the rythm of the other fighter he takes his time.

That's going to be tough to do in this fight. It worked against Shawn due to Shawn's size and poor technical discipline. Spence is a presser fighter with much better footwork and ring IQ. He'll speed Brook up a lot in this fight.

Barring some unknown chin issue, he stops Brook imo due to volume of punches and pace.
The US style is all about athletic dynamism. It looks great but you get confused and think that’s the only quality that counts.

Speed is a component of any physical activity but timing is not really about speed. It’s more about poise: balance, patience, accuracy & composure under pressure. It’s Kell’s main strength.

I know you don’t get it yet, but your boy Spence will understand soon enough.

      Naw, not really.

The U.S. school of boxing is about skills and having a high boxing IQ, combined with athleticism if possible but not necessarily.

That's why we have turned out styles as diverse as the peekaboo and the Philly shell and everything in between.

Just because Wilder thinks he doesn't need skills doesn't mean that our style is all about athletic attributes.

Spence takes this one. Brook isn't anything special. Strap season!

It ain't going to work against the bigger Spence.

Spence will push that pace. Kell will be out of there by 8 or 9 after looking gassed for about 2-3 rounds. Then all you brits will be talking about how it wasn't smart to come back down in weight.

Brook is getting stopped. Too much pace, height, and power in the youngster.

Hagler v. Minter 2.0 coming soon
and other than that, he got beat up by ggg and his corner had to throw in the towel to save him further embarrassment, and a career ending injury possibly.

Brook has built a career of fighting journeymen, and was wobbled by a couple of them his damned self. Yet spence is the only one that needs to worry about being "caught?"

I've said it before, and I'll say it again, both guys have a lot to prove come May 27.

Don't just cherry pick parts of a conversation. You're missing the point of what was being talked about. I was replying to comments relating to speed vs timing. Every nation has variety in it's styles, but yeah, actually, the US does favour athleticism over most other qualities. That goes for all sports not just boxing. I'm not surprised though... it's very TV friendly and y'all have short attention spans.

Glad we'll soon get to see the real deal here.
                  Looking forward to the fight.
I'm guessing this fight would be around 4PM Eastern?

Because Hearn has overstretched himself by promoting too many big fights with not enough space between them. Matchroom should grow their PR team if they're going to have such a large stable.
