Golovkin's advantage is not based on his variety/repertoire, it is based on his strength(s)..... and rightly so, being so formidable

I think IF Canelo is to win, his gameplan will need to be based around the fact that he is more well-rounded than Golovkin, and not play to GGG's strengths

Thats what I was thinking when I read that... didnt make any sense, Canelo is the more rounded, more versatile fighter. GGG has size and power on his side.

GGG is smart. His jab will be key. He will pressure Canelo into fighting the whole round. GGG wont respect Canelos power and walk him down and punish him. Canelo does have quicker hands a much faster combos that will win him some early rounds with his flashy punches. GGG has a leaky defense, Canelo defense is better but is there to be hit.
If Canelo can somehow keep it close enough he could steal a decision.
GGG has to go the extra mile and be domintant or stop him. GGG is also the bigger stronger guy, i dont care how big canelo looks, his power wont be the same at 160 vs another huge 160lber

            Im leaning towards GGG fornsure

look at the issues Golovkin had with Monroe, Brook, Jacobs..... and then look at the skill level Canelo showed when coping with MUCH better operators like Mayweather/Lara.....

Canelo seems a more natural fighter, better movement, more fluid, more instinctive.....

I think Canelo will become an even bigger superstar than he deserves to be come September..... he is being slept on big-time, and Golovkin is still being over-rated
