The only reason he lost to Postol is that Postol clinched him for six rounds and then headbutted him. Many faults by Postol. That's why he looked so bad.

I thought he was looking bad well before that. Peak Matthysse shouldn't be going life & death with John Molina.

Don't matter, he's in a good spot now. I for one am of the opinion that taking some time off in the getting hit in the head business isn't a bad thing unless you brutalize your body during that time off.
