Yeah really, also Hearn giving him 2 chances before, building him up as a killer, then he stinks the house out. Ortiz ****s things up by himself, and people feel sorry that he doesnt get a chance.

the WBC & WBA recently mentioned they want to work together on this, but there haven't been any updates since.

top guys only fight twice a year. they should never have more than one mandatory a year no matter how many belts they hold.
The WBA and WBO in 2015 named their mandatory challenger the same boxer, Fluff Furry for Klitschko.

        This is it, isn't it?

To be honest those two fights are the only times I've seen Ortiz. He certainly didn't look like the boogeyman of the division.

I know he's a big lump, a southpaw, powerful, and Cuban so he fits that profile of avoided fighter. But I wouldn't have my heart in my mouth watching Joshua in with him based on the evidence I've seen. His feet were just too slow.

I know he's meant to have looked great against Jennings but I've never been motivated to watch that based on what I've seen.

Dave Allen looked fairly comfortable in there with him ffs.

Pulev is a better boxer than Joshua, it just depends if he can handle the power. If he fights like he did against Wlad, he gets knocked out.

Then there was the Golden Boy stuff, Ustinov fight falling apart. Hed probably already have the belt if he stuck it out. Constant bad decisions.

PBC are being quiet about enforcing the Joshua fight, probably the latest to realise they messed up signing him.

The objective for shister pimp Hearn is to pick the easiest paydays for his cash cow. Calling out the semi-retired, orca, coke head, positive drug test issue Fury after the Klit fight was embarrassing enough for Joshua.
They just made one of the biggest fights in the world u moron. He has contractual obligations to fulfil + a mando. Only 19 fights in, 2 belts all ko's. There's not much more you could ask from him at this stage in his career.

This is what I was afraid of! Ortiz or Pulev? Both mandatories. Hearn chooses Pulev! Yep, that's a duck!

Get a grip you cuck, Pulev is more of a draw that Ortiz. He had to fight one of them, both are good fighters.

I'm okay with this because I like having the belts unified and I honestly still think Joshua needs a little seasoning, but I just wish he would fight twice more this year
