The hype for Joshua is ridiculous! when this fight with Wilder can rival a contest ( Canelo-GGG) in which the lineal and TWO p4p fighters are going in for battle for the #1. spot -- perhaps even the P4P crown! speaks to the crazy devotion the UK has for Anthony, yet these two ( Wilder-Joshua ) have yet to face the lineal champion in Tyson Fluff and thats coming from a big Deontay Wilder fan....wow these Brits are hurting boxing.

I'm not sure about that, but the winner of Joshua-Wilder would definitely be bigger than the Alvarez-Golovkin winner. That gives us an exciting KO artist heavyweight champion for the first time in decades. Wlad and Lennox were excellent champions, but neither were really grabbing the public imagination the way Wilder or Joshua would after beating the other.

Canelo did 50k. And its irrelevant anyways, joshua doesnt sell ppv, nobody in uk will pay more than 15$ to see ppv,& selling cheapazz stadium tickets means jack shlt. Joshua is nobody outside the uk,hes lucky he got a hometown ref stoppage too, brit fighters always benefit from hometown favoritism just like murry robbing rosado & winning on 1 card by 10 rds. Uk is a joke in boxing, they filled a stadium to watch 2 bums fight bellew vs pegleg, that shows you joshua is not bigtime, they fill stadiums in uk to watch anyone whos british,it has nothing to do with joshuas star power.

Well Wilder-Joshua will outsell Canelo-GGG in UK PPV, which is $22 dollars a buy. But at $70 per PPV buy for HBO, if Canelo-GGG sells like 1 million+, not even 2 million buys for Wilder-Joshua would be able to hold a candle next to Canelo-GGG PPV revenue. To match 1 million buys of $70 PPV's, Wilder-Josh would have to sell well over 3 million buys.

Now if this fight gets help from Showtime PPV, and it sells something like 250,000 US PPV's, coupled with 3+ million from UK PPV, then they will generate about as much as 1 million PPV's would generate for Canelo-GGG.

in other words, the "little guys" as Wilder called them, will be making bigger bank with less effort.

Yall are idiots if you think Wilder vs Joshua wouldn't be a better draw than Canelo vs Golovkin. KO artist(HW) vs maybe a 12 rounder(MW). I guarantee people are going to be drawn towards the one with the potential KO. AJ'S EASY ROAD TO TITLE REIGN WILL END AGAINST WILDER BTW

Well Joshua-Wilder is the next big mega fight to follow after May-Pac and Canelo-Golovkin.

But they need to promote and market Wilder more.

They need to build the fight up even more. Right now Joshua-Wilder is at the same stage approximately that Canelo vs Golovkin was in 2015. They need to build it up more, market it more, promote it more, etc...

It can be bigger than Canelo-Golovkin in a year or two, but they need to build up more anticipation, market and promote.

I think they should make this fight either at the end of this year or first half of next year though.

A lot of people want to see it as this is the fight of the Heavyweight division.
