The card was a a dud. Felt like I was watching the WWE at some point. Weird PPV for sure.

Looking forward to September though. Hopefully there are better fights on the undercard

I think it could be legit. I had a lot of people asking me about it who are not even boxing fans, I was very surprised with how many people were aware of the match. I wouldn't be surprised if it was close to a mil

Same here...Had a few buddies ask me if I was watching the fight. I was very surprised, but they remembered Canelo from the Floyd fight, and the PPV got a lot of churn on social media. I would still be surprised by the 1 million buys but I thought it could do 700k.

It was a good card IMO. The main event turned out to be crap because of Jr can't fault Canelo, but the Lemieux and Matthysse fights were pretty good I was looking forward Matthysse coming back against a good opponent.
