It's not just Barrera. JCC. Morales. Duran. JMM. All speak very quick and have all their thoughts in tact.

The difference in speech has to do with the fact that Barrera, Morales, JCC, and JmM all work as broadcasters, and are therefore coached on how to speak in public. The others to my knowledge don't work in broadcasting.
