I emailed the WBC at the the end of June asking if Golovkin and Saul were being VADA tested. I checked my emails last night because of this thread and found they had responded on July 3. I must have missed it. Yes, Gennady and Saul are being VADA tested.

... Therefore they're under the VADA testing for more than 2 months and a half...
