Good question. Lets analyze: If Canelo don't go for the WBC belt as he's been planning and implying, Vada testing wont be mandatory. Being the "A side", he can request no VADA in negotiations, therefore, maybe never. SMH. Even without VADA he'll get his a$$ whooped.
