It happens to often. Floyd/Zab was signed before Zab fought Baldomir. Manny/Morlaes 2 was signed before Morales fought Zahir Raheem.

I absolutely HATE it when a fight is signed before a guy wins.

Same! I was also looking forward to the Pavlik vs Williams fight. Not sure why that fight ended up not happening

Ah yeah, that was another good fight we didn't get mate.
Kind of remember it having something to do with Pavlik getting a staph infection, or something along those lines.
