I don't know man. I said from before, people who gave Chavez a chance were banking on him doing something that he hasn't shown himself capable of doing in 5 yrs, which is to show actual passion. Take into account that he also had to make the catch weight and I think that outcome and performance was pretty predictable.

I didn't watch it live but when I tried to watch it, I took it off after a few rounds. One fight I can do without for sure.Comment

Anyone who still talks about May-Pac being a boring fight should seriously get their boxing fan card renewed. If you thought that fight would be any different from any of Floyds previous fights, then...........well honestly there just isn't anything to say about why you would have thought the outcome would have been different lol.
And let's be real, PPV in boxing has literally been awful since it's inception. We can blame many factors, the media, the journalists, the fighters, the promoters, the FANS, and everything in between.
When I look at boxing as a Sport it literally has the most broken up fan base out of any professional sport in the world today. Most fans are horribly negative about a man who literally puts his life on the line every time he steps into a ring, something a large majority of the "fan base" will never do, yet the sport never receives the amount of Respect it's due.
The hate you guys have for the sport and it's competitors utterly amazes me lol. I feel like boxing fans are 5 year old children, you guys can't even be reasonable enough to give respect to a guy like Mayweather for just his boxing ability smh.Comment

lol, as fans we want to believe that we're going to get some action and best efforts from both fighters but Chavez jr was never good enough to be the kind of guy that could turn it back on after having it turned off for so long. Even watching the face off with max on hbo, Canelos demeanor looked like he was ready to throw down. Chavez jr was just real blahh with a laid back almost pot head like vibe. LolComment
