I don't recall any "visible injections" or "blood coming out of his shoulder".
If so, Manny may be a hemophiliac because as I recall he was denied an injection pre-fight...so the ones you say you saw could have been days old, yet oddly unhealed.
I do know this...
1) Manny used his arm normally during the fight
2) No mention of any injury was made during the fight by Manny or anyone in his corner.
3) Nothing out of the ordinary was done treatment-wise to Manny or his shoulder during the fight.
4) He raised his hands above his head with no problem after the final bell
5) He never mentioned the injury during the postfight interview in the ring.
6) In his next fight-post surgery- he threw as many punches with the arm in question as he did against Floyd.
Go figure...
