Is Hammer even on Bellew level? No offense but if hes ever in a world title fight you know the division is either weak or the organization is that meaningless ,he lucked out against Price too.

The WBO is weak because all their regional belts are in locations where the level of fighters is weaker. WBO Asian Pacific, WBO African belt, WBO Oriental belt, etc. To be fair to Hammer he did beat Erkan Teper & he won an eliminator over David Price so he is in the WBO mix. He got himself into a great position for one more big fight with WBO title implications. I suspect it will be in a final eliminator against another top ranked WBO contender.

I could see Ruiz getting that shot after almost winning the vacant belt. Hammer vs Ruiz for the mandatory to Parker, that could be a solid fight
