AJ is probably in no hurry to fight Wilder...He hasn't breathed his name.

    BTW

There is no "elite level" in today's heavyweight scene.

Yep the guy is filming an Under Armor ad today ffs. Joshua was big before & he's only on the road to getting bigger as we speak. And he's going to passively be in your face all the time via these ads now more & more + all the normal media stuff fighters do & the less normal stuff personalities like he is does.
Mentioned elsewhere that I have recently been in Under Armour shops in Oz, London and Hong Kong

In every one of those shops, his photo is prominently displayed at the front of the store with Steph Curry taking centre stage

That was before the Klit fight so they'll only be pushing him harder now

He has a choice between two mandatories, Ortiz and Pulev. Which is the better fighter? I don't want to hear about the IBF belt he won from Charles ****ing Martin! I don't want to see anymore Dominic Breazeale fights. I want Ortiz, Wilder, Parker, or the rematch with Wlad. Pulev is unacceptable!

You're probably right. Just thinking about possible options that could help him. This sucks that he doesn't have more push/support. But it's hard with his resume. I don't think people realize he's had 5 fights since beating Stiverne.

I'm also frustrated with the fights in Alabama. It's like they're purposely limiting his media imprint. He does pretty solid business in NYC at Barclay's. They could've had at least 4 of those fights in NYC. Would've given him more opportunities to show his personality in the media and engage with brands. More writers would've covered his fights too. He should have a sponsorship or two by now. He's WBC HW champ.

I wasn't suggesting Wilder was ducking, just that he wants to be on more level financial terms at the negotiating table. Most lucrative fight out there financially for Joshua is probably Fury. Just good Buisness.
