Any of you clowns that would rather see canyellow fight Saunders or Lemieux can't be real fans, you all complain about ggg fighting inferior opposition yet when that exact situation arises you guys are happy about it, I think it all boils down to the fact you all want ggg to fail yet you guys will make excuses for canyellow ducking, you clowns should all go to the ballet together
we don't want that, we just think it will likely happen
stop blaming others, Team Bullshht have already refused that fight on at least 3 occasions, and they do not seem to be in any hurry to do anything else that could be described as meaningful..... oh, except tiptoe through the tulips toward Hopkins record, which is obviously their main goal before they cash out with Canelo
they will pass on Canelo in September, most likely blaming moneyComment

I'm guessing, yes (which is the right thing to do). It's ****** to only take 10 million for this fight.
I'm not so sure it's even smart to do it in September from a financial view.
Upsetting fans by letting it "marinate" worked remarkably for Mayweather - Pacquiao (I still think they conspired on the stalling; both made an extra 150 - 300 million in earnings doing this). I think Oscar is very conscious of that. Obviously GGG isn't making the money Manny was, but Canelo is milking the game w/ his **** fights. (2 of the last 3).
Obviously it sucks for us b/c we want the fight, but I get why they're stalling from a financial perspective. Not that I think Canelo can bet GGG though.
But stalling could take the fight from 900k - 1 million buys, to 1.2 - 2 million buys. GGG can only get more popular (which is the key here to building the buy rate)Comment

Be honest, which of these scenarios is most likely
Ggg chose not to fight sauvders in June because
A) he thought it would be nice to let canelo fight him instead
B) he is scared of bjs
C) he didn't want to jeopardise a potential fall showdown with Alvarez
He didn't choose to be a bridesmaid, he chose not to finger**** bjs to marry canelo but he's getting ditched at the altar.Comment

The reason Canelo fought smith was to get the WBO belt and to gain leverage for fights at 160 because their history of ranking champions who move up to new weight classes. He already used that leverage again chavez. People forget when Canelo made the offer to chavez he and his daddy were crying about wanting more money and refusing to accept the offer until it was increased. Then Canelo filed paper work asking for ranking with the WBO to gain mandatory status at 160 against saunders. Making it clear that if chavez passed on the offer they might fight saunders in may instead. A week later chavez signed, didn't get a penny more then the original offer. That WBO ranking helped make the chavez fight and saved him money.
Now canelo will use this leverage against GGG. GGG foolishly turned down 15m for the fight. Now likely going to get offered less and if he passes they can just go after saunders and his belt.Comment

I would too..... laughing
I pray that happens, would be funny as all hell, but I think they will go with Lemieux------------- funny, you said laughing, it's a complete disgrace you idiot, this is exactly what I said in my post, morons like yourself, not fans will make excuses for canyellow, facts, canyellow dropped the belt, canyellow only got the cotto fight on the prerequisite that if he won he had to fight ggg next, canyellow begged for a fight to acclimatise to MW, then picked a Chiny WW, called out ggg after the khan fight then threw the belt to ggg a week later, NOT FACTS the offer made by GBP to K2, the amount, the stipulations, people who lie to themselves like yourself and deny actual facts I have no pity for, your a sheep that can't think for yourself, as I said before, go watch the balletComment

It's canelo fault that GGG and his idiot promoters turned down 15m offer for the fight? Banked on GGG stock going up after the Jacobs fight so they could demand more money. It was a huge gamble that backfired. Not only did the fight flop with PPV sales but he looked terrible with many feeling he lost the fight. Then they pulled out the saunders fight killing what little leverage GGG had left of freezing canelo out of all the belts at 160. GGG is going to get azzz ****d now at the negotiations table and they have no one to blame but themselves. That 15m don't look like a low ball offer anymore does it? For a fighter who has never sold ppvs and only makes about 2m per fight it was just plain re tarded to turn down. This was obviously already in the works. There's no oversight of these sanctioning bodies. Clearly there's no arms length dealing involved lol
The duck is coming soon lol they'll offer Golovkin 10 million this time, drag it out in the press, then fight BJS in the fall.Comment
