Atlas talking garbage about the AJ-Wlad fight

WTF is this dude on about. No-one saying it is the greatest fight ever, I follow boxing across all media and I have not heard a single person call it the greatest fight ever, or in HW history - we're just calling it a legitimately great fight and event, with the potential for it to be elevated into the pantheon of great HW fights.

    Atlas is such a windbag.

Every single thing he said was needed, today's HWs are clowns, PED muscle freaks. They have no boxing just somehow punches and some of them land on someone and KOs happen. We've seen how a shot 41 y.o. Wlad was outboxing and almost KO the BEST HW of this era, lol.

The first few rounds were incredibly boring. Stiff heavyweights shouldn't be trying to gauge each other's ranges. But after that they picked up the heat and gave us the most exciting heavyweight fight in recent years.

Only listened to the first min but it sounded like he's addressing the idiots who are calling it the greatest HW fight ever. He sounds on-point to me. Preach Teddy.

No-one is saying that. I live in England, where this fight has caught fire unbelievably. And yet I haven't seen/heard a single person calling it the greatest fight ever. You can't argue against something that hasn't happened. He's talking bollox as usual.

AJ-Wlad was a brilliant fight, befitting of any era.

Teddy used to be amusing with his drivel, and rarely insightful.

He seems to have to gone from an amusing clown, to an unbearable clown in the space of a few years, i literally had to mute him the last time he commentating that irish fella's fight.

There's a multi-page thread from a few days ago with a title like, "Best HW Fight Ever!!!"
                    (Edit; here it is; https://www.boxingscene.com/forums/s...d.php?t=744324)

I'm not saying one guy represents masses but there's still a lot of people overrating what was a lot of ugly punches between two stiff fighters. I think it was a lot of fun, but nothing like some of the HW wars of the past and Teddy is just saying, let's not forget that we've had even greater HW fights come before.
