Wlad reigned longer & had more belts so I guess Wlad?
Better fighter - I always thought that Wlad had more skills but Vitali was tougher & more durable which got him wins. H2H I say Vitali beats Wlad if they fought.

Yeah but Vitali retired as champion.

Wladimir reigned from 2006-2015 (9 years)
Vitali reigned from 2004-2012 (8 years)
Also, I don't think Wladimir having more belts equates to him being better because I think Vitali could have also held those belts; it's just he couldn't because his younger brother held them. The thing is they're brothers of course and weren't going to unify obviously.
I was always a fan of Vitali and really didn't care for Wlad until the past couple years. Though his style never appealed to me, I earned respect for Wlad because of his time at the top.

So overall, all in all, who's better?
Vitali took 4 years off mid career, in the years that probably would have been his biggest fights. I think that marked the point where Wlad became the "main" Klitschko even if Vitali was much more fun to watch.
