Canelo has a hefty chin on him, he doesn't like getting touched but when he does, he takes it well.

Can't see Chavez troubling him. If Chavez' chin holds up the. It'll most likely be a Canelo counter punch highlight reel for 12 rounds.

Canelo's been sparring with 185 lbs 6' 3 1/2" light heavyweight Vyacheslav Shabranskyy...I saw a short clip on HBO of them and Canelo looked pretty good against the bigger and better fighter than Jr. I don't think Canelo will have any problems with Jr.

Honestly I would be curious to see how Canelo takes a punch from a guy who probably would be bigger than him on fight night.. I think Canelo will win but I also think he might get hurt or wobble during the process...

These are the scenarios which would surprise me:
              Canelo getting KO/TKOed
Canelo getting outboxed & Chavez wins by UD

Canelo has a good chin from what I have seen.. & he has improved since fighting Floyd..
I expect Canelo to either win by a decision or TKO..

              I voted for
I'm going to post a "Canelo Was Exposed" thread so soon as the fight is over.
because it would be my first ever thread on NSB & it should kick up some **** & also because the poll is private..

The whole "exposed" thing is a joke. Golovkin fights a couple of champions and had a fight on his hands, so suddenly, he's "exposed". Canelo is fighting a decently-skilled and naturally bigger man in Chavez. He'll likely get rocked, if Chavez isn't too weight-drained. If he does, that doesn't mean he's exposed, it just means he was in with someone who can fight. Now if a bum off the street or an ex-pizza delivery guy who started boxing @ 20 rocks an accomplished fighter with a solid amateur background....Now that's being exposed.

sparring is practice, junior won't be practicing
