Then I think about Tommy Morrison defending his WBO belt (Lightly regarded at the time & not considered a world title) against Michael Bentt & I have to say that anything can happen in heavyweight boxing.
Bentt was one of the best amateurs in the country, considered number 1in u.s at one time and a olympic stand out who could punch ....this Razvan guy has a 50% k.o percentage against know ones who Barry says beat up Breazeale in sparring yet Breazeale has a win on him in a actual sanctioned event in the amateurs and win over Izu Barry s second best fighter .

Breazeale wanted the fight which tells me hes hitting it hard in training bc he has to make up for being less mobile and slow . Ithink team Parker was a bit afraid here, even though advantage would have been theirs . Barry basically shrugged off Breazeale as though no one knows him now ...lol

The thing about Breazeale was he wasn't going to take it on 2 weeks notice. He wanted the date to be postponed so he could get in a full training camp. I actually read 2 different stories so who knows? One said he wanted 8 weeks & the other was he wanted him in September. Nothing about short notice so they went with Cojanu who is WBO #14 for winning a WBO regional belt over some 6-1 guy in China. I would like to see Breazeale/Parker. That is a good fight & Breazeale has been gaining a lot of experience the last few years. Mansour, Joshua, Ugonoh, Nagy Aguilera & Kassi on the resume. He is still only 31 as well.

Yea forgot about that! Barry was just dismissive of Breazeale in recent interview,if Breazeale were to win ,he really brought Duco events crashing down ,not sure they would chance it anyway.
