    This was a good fight.

I still think Luis Ortiz is the best heavyweight in the world and would give Joshua fits if a 42 year old Klitschko, who looked terrible against Bryan Jennings and Tyson Fury did.

That's the fight i want, but it probably won't happen.

Wilder's too fast to get hit with some of those shots. He moves like a much smaller man.

He's a far superior athlete than Klitschko or anybody in the heavyweight division.

He's not the boxer that Joshua, Klit, or Ortiz is, but he's a better athlete

Look at the forum threads, the comments. Everyone is talking about Joshua-Wilder, everyone wants to see Joshua-Wilder.

I don't know where you are from but here in the United States, the biggest and best Heavyweight fight that can be made is Joshua-Wilder.

In Germany and Europe Klitschko is popular but not here in America, Klitschko didn't sell out Madison Square Garden. Though he fought like a G this past Saturday. Looked really good.
I'm from Milwaukee. And don't get me wrong, like I said, I would LOVE Joshua-Wilder. I think its the best fight that can be made in the division. I just don't think its bigger than Joshua-Klitschko. And yea its talked about in the forums but only hardcore boxing fans actually take the time to come read the articles, let alone create an account and post. I actually wasn't even that excited for Joshua-Klitschko but it turned into one of the best fights I've seen in a long time. The whole time leading up to it I was thinking how much better a Joshua-Wilder fight would be. I just don't see as many casuals getting involved with it as Wilder is not as big a name as Klitschko is, especially overseas.

BoxingScene/NSB isn't a great indicator of what will make the biggest fight going around. These posters won't sell out a stadium. Wilder can barely fill his hometown arena where he's allegedly a hero.

Wilder is a hot topic on here for a number of reasons - being a massive draw isn't one of them.

As far as money wise, Joshua-Klitschko was big, yeah. Klitschko's name has been around awhile, for sure.

But yeah when looking at going at each other prime for prime. Two knockout artists.

          Both undefeated, Both Champions

          The Bronze Bomber

          Deontay Wilder

          Booooooooooommmmmbbb Squuuaaad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

          Gold Medalist

          AJ

          Anthony Joshua

Can you imagine the promotion and the tour for this fight. The show specials that they will show on TV to promote this fight. Wilder screaming Booooooooooommmmmbbb Squuuaaad!!!!!!!!!!
Joshua hanging with Dr. Dre, maybe the Rock will visit both guys at camp to wish them luck. I know Joshua has hung out with the Rock before.

This would be sick. I can envision a sick promotion and some great Showtime All Access shows. The promotional tour, New York, Los Angeles, London, Alabama

They need to market this fight and promote it well, build it up to make it a PPV here in the U.S.

U.S. fans should know Wilder. He's been on free TV for a few fights. But this needs to be marketed more. It is a huge fight, but has the potential to be even more huge if it's marketed and promoted right to make it a big draw.

But we'll see what happens. Hopefully it happens soon. But it will take time to build it to the standards I'm talking about. Lol

          Good stuff man

They've got to market these guys more. Especially Wilder. They've got to figure out how to get him more of a name with the casuals, specifically here in the U.S.

I know dude I can't wait for this fight. I don't see it happening for a long time tho with Hearn talking about Joshua only fighting twice a year from here on out. Both Wilder and Joshua with their mandatories. I also see Wilder-Parker happening first and then the ultimate unification (hopefully) of Joshua-Wilder. I think both fighters are at least two fights away from fighting each other so I don't see it happening until summer 2018.

The problem is that Joshua carries a great bankable UK following and although I think Ortiz beats everybody...Joshua/Wilder & Fury have a following to generate money. Ortiz the Cuban has a small following of true boxing fans but nothing by comparison and Joshua and Wilder will be protected from him. IDK if Haymon can make it any easier for him...I hope so but he's capable of derailing the money train and beating everyone does not necessarily mean he will generate as much money... especially compared to the UK fighters.

Wilder isn't fast, or he wouldn't get countered by a slug like Duhaupas or timed by a guy like Washington.

                  But those guys couldn't punch.

                  Wilder telegraphes his punches.

Wilder is athletic for Basketball but dude is chinny and lacks boxing IQ, he hasn't fought somebody who had power and a decent size (as a pro, cuz he got koed in ams).
He only fought small fat punchers or big guys with no real pop.

Boxing don't need a guy yelling"bum squad" and having such poor skills to carry the sport.

He is fast, haven't you seen him move. Like you said, he moves like a basketball player and basketball players are more athletic than boxers on average.

All that other crap, I don't care about, but he has fast feet and the heaviest right hand in boxing right now.

He's not a great boxer and nobody's claiming that he is, but to claim he doesn't have a puncher's chance is a little disingenuous.

I never said something like that.

Everybody agrees his power can change a fight anytime.

But he isn't fast, or at least, doesn't have any quickness.

Wilder to me is like a HW version of Kelly Pavlik.

A complete boxer of his size would expose him.
