I know it may be hard for some to get this but I also think Wilder is better at avoiding big shots than AJ is right now.

I think AJ shows more room for growth tho.
I don't disagree. The guy I just quoted (Marchegiano) spoke on it (defense) as well.

It's why I spoke about styles in my first post.

The problem with Joshua is how he reacts when he's hurt. He literally loses all his energy and composure and like he's feet are in cement. Imagine if he was rocked by wilder with with 90 seconds on the clock

It wasn't just his power.. Experience, ring IQ, skills and his jab is what almost won Wlad this fight.

Wilder has none of those. Power won't save you when everything else is lacking, not at this level.

Besides, I'm not sure Wilder hits harder than Wlad which some people keep saying like it's a forgone conclusion. It's not. He only fought one decentish guy in his career and couldn't stop him despite catching Stiverne clean many times. There are levels to this shyt.

We all know Wilder has legit fight changing power but what's going to help him beat Joshua is his jab and foot work. Many posters posting, but really not mentioning how klitchky was able to land his jab with no problems. Wilder has to jab, box off his back foot and catch Joshua with hard right hands catch him flat footed when he unloads with upercuts. Kind of the same way he fought that earned him the wbc belt.

No, not levels. But it's still enough to beat Wilder.

AJ will go for a kill from the opening bell, it won't get past 3 rounds imo. Wilder might land some hail Mary but it's unlikely.

I wouldn't say there's a huge gulf in class between Joshua's skill level and Wilder's, but Joshua definitely looks more tidy and does cleaner work but he's far from a great boxer. Both men are dangerous and flawed at the same time but Joshua has only had 19 fights, Wilder has had almost 40.

I'd slightly favour Joshua but i'm fully aware Wilder could put his lights out. It's a fight that must happen down the line.

I do actually think Wilder is improving as a boxer and shows signs of it at times but it gets overshadowed by the times he starts doing windmills.

I also believe Wilder would stop AJ, and the only reason I said this is because Wilder is my fluid, AJ is too upright and robotic. Not that I would be surprise if AJ stops the chicken legs. Still want to see Wilder fight Parker as his resume at the moment isn't anything to write home about.

And would of had a 2nd round knock out if Stivrne didn't go all NFL lunging and tackling Wilder in the ring as he was getting knocked down, It's there ...tape don't lie.
