there will obviously be a rematch

it was a 50/50 fight up until the 11th

even in a rematch i wouldnt count wlad out, i'm sure he is looking at things which he didnt take advantage of, especially after the knockdown and the 3 rounds that followed, where he went into cruise control

It was a good fight so a rematch is fine.

Parker and Wilder should fight each other in the meantime and stop wasting time with Bellew.

Joshua VS KlitschKO was one of the BEST FIGHTS I have ever seen (maybe best heavyweight fight ever, and I have been watching boxing for over 30 years)

That was also the best KlitschKO I have ever seen. He should have finished him off in the 6th. He needs the killer instinct. Joshua showed major stamina issues & Wlad let him get a 2nd wind. BIG mistake.

The rematch is likely going to be just as good (if not better). If Wlad can improve & finish better he will win. This will set up the best Trilogy ever!!

I didn't realize how bad that cut was until the post fight interview. It looked eerily similar to Vitali's cut against Lewis. After this great fight, a rematch would obviously be a lot of fun, but I have a hard time envisioning it going better for Wlad. I'd rather see him try to go for Parker's title or do a send off fight back in Ukraine

egg on those faces who predicted KO in 2 or 3 rounds. Wlad showed he right there on top and technically more accomplished. Still a mystery how he lost to Tyson Fury.

A rematch is ridiculous because Joshua will most likely improve because he is so young and somewhat inexperienced, he just had his first big experience, and Wlad is already too old, at 41 what he did vs. AJ was simply incredible. Had he been a few years younger I am sure he would have finished Joshua off after he knocked him down. He simply couldn't do it because he lacked the conditioning, strength an accuracy that a younger version of himself would have had.

I hope that that rematch never happens. If it does, Joshua will finish it whenever he wants to, in a couple of rounds, or more, he will just be toying with an over the hill Klitschko who did his very best yesterday and cannot offer any better than that. He can only get worse because he cannot fight aging.

I'd much rather see Joshua vs Wilder and Wlad vs Parker, winners to face each other. That would be incredible.

Sorry but I beg to disagree, A 41 year old fighter coming of 2 years of ring rust. next fight Wlad would be better. and so would be Joshua.

                    Salivating rematch

I'm one of those people, and even lost money on that prediction. Klitschko pulled out a swan song and did great last night. Joshua was convinced that he could do whatever he wanted with him, and was wrong... like yours truly.

Fury defeated Klitschko because he's a huge slap-and-escape boxing specimen, not a real fighter, and Klitschko was expecting something different; he was not prepared to someone like Fury. He himself admitted of having been too complacent before the fight.

Let's face it: Fury hit the jackpot that night. Other than that victory, all his fights had been a bore (except the one with Steve Cunningham, perhaps... and he was almost knocked out then).
