Wasn't expecting the fight to be as competitive as it was. I thought AJ was finished but he didn't take anything like the type of punishment for the ref to jump in. He got the result which I think was important for the HW division and he'll hopefully use this as good experience going forward.

I think the stamina issue after he knocked Wlad down could well be due to nerves, he seemed pretty fresh again by round 10. Could also be the fact he came in at 250, maybe shedding some muscle might help, who knows....

Wilder, Fury and Ortiz are all good fights for him. I wouldn't hang my hat on any prediction involving them 4.

Wlad showed no ring rust at all. Could of easily put away Joshua when Josh gassed out. He let him get back in the fight and got caught unfortunately. I think the fight demands a rematch because it was a classic.

And Wilder isn't my Hero. I actually think he's a ****ty technical fighter and AJ is the favorite against him (although Wilder's power can end any fight). I just hate seeing the randomness on these threads about Wilder, while other more glaringly terrible fighters get a pass.
Like I said before Im criticising him because he should not fight bellew,he should fight fury again instead of bellew,or anyone else like Ortiz even if not joshua, but Bellew is not a real heavyweight, hell get kod easy. Bottom line is he was acting like Bellew is some big test people want to see him against,I think he dont want to fight Joshua either, after the tko he seemed to sound like he was downplaying a unification fight now,& it sounds like he is going to fight bellew & duck joshua then fight some no name mandatory when everyone wants joshua vs wilder which will be a huge huge superfight in vegas or uk. Wilder just watched joshua step up so now its his turn,he should be hyping up against joshua not some puffed up cruiser

No, the one thing this fight showed is Joshua in 19 fights was willing to fight at a level that Wilder hasn't in 38 fights. HALF the fights and his resume already shts all over Wilder's. Advantage Joshua.

See the latest article posted on this site. He wants Parker next and Joshua at the end of the year. (Like he's been saying all week on fighthype).
Exactly. Wilder should be made to fight klitschko for the privilege of fighting the new king. Klitschko destroys wilder with the form he showed there.
You do know he wouldn't fight Wilder the same, please tell me you do? Wlad was pressing the fight because he knows Joshua cant fight off his back foot and he's slow. Wilder still throws off his back foot and is more athletic.

                      HA! No.

AJ batters Wilder. There's a Bellew wants to fight him and that's because Wilder can't box.
