When I read "contract is for $1,000,000/per lb I expect it to be an ACTUAL FULL lb?? Like speeding I cant imagine gettinga ticket doing 65.9 in a 65 speed zone. I figure I would get the full mile...At least.

When you're over in weight you're over. He could be 164.51 & he's over the contracted weight. Its just like making weight for a title fight in that regard. You just gotta pay 1M for each new lb you get into once you're over.

This is a boxing forum? Ricardo Lopez, Humberto Gonzalez, Danny Zaragoza, Jhonny Gonzalez, believe my boy Jorge Paez Sr was with him for a minute...lotsa other mfers. Guy is in the HOF & is probably one of the top 3 or so trainers with the most fighters he trained in the HOF.

But yea he sounds like he might be ****** on the weight sh^t or trusting mfers on the weight sh^t that he shouldn't be trusting.

I think Chavez Jr WOULD fight GGG, Canelo I think will fight Lemieux in September (if Mayweather vs McGregor doesn't happen in September)

Well I don't think anyone is thinking JCC Jr can fight like Floyd or Lara, but I think it makes a ton of sense to use movement, control distance & decide where the fight takes place at like both those guys do cuz Canelo moves like his shoes are tied together so its not necessarily like JCC Jr needs to be twinsies with Lara & Floyd to do some good work via a strategy like that.

Khan certainly used that strategy quite well for as long as he lasted, but I'd argue he moved a lil too much to the point of tiring himself out/slowing himself down, obviously has major chin problems + didn't really have the artillery to keep Canelo honest.

If canela fights like his shoes are tied than Jr. fights like his feet are stuck to the floor. To even suggest this is dumb. He needs to use the physical advantages he has. A good to great chin and he should be able to hurt canela based on size difference. I really think that is the only change he gets. Considering he swings like he is underwater. Nah, time to go Floyd for this fight

Jr. clearly looks like he will be at least two pounds over weight. Ca$hnelo should just let Jr. fight overweight without a fine or risk the fight being cancelled due to Jr. passing out.
