Why is Salido still held at such high standards??

He hasnt won since 2014 has 13 losses and is 36..has no title and is nowhere close to p4p.....yet the same posters who still hold him in high strandards slam Mosley,Ortiz,Guerrero,Maidana and say Manny was over the hill and **** on Berto..HOW THE **** DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE??? Loma is a damn good fighter but rematching this guy is literally fighting a over the hill loser..out of 50 fights he has 13 losses and 4 damn draws and has been knocked out 5 damn times

      I got Salido over Berto

Loma will always have that on his record, n it will be a fun fight

Loma will eventually move on, but he can avenge his loss why not

Salido is one of those dudes who always gives it his all in every fight and will never pack it in. So when hes in a fight you knows its gonna be great regardless of his record.

I think everyone admits salido is over the hill and just a shadow of who he is and only reason people are okay with a salido vs loma 2 is just cause its the rematch, if it was lomo vs salido 1 people will be against it.

        not that hard to understand

Berto was at least active that year before the Floyd fight..

Here we've got the same inactive Top Prank shelfed roster out the same time as Walters and industry trying to hype it together...

          a sucker's born every minute...

            Ray Robinson lost 19 times.

When Ray Robinson lost, it was like Salido lost too.

Real boxing fan's appreciate a throw back fighter like salido, who has limited skills but is extremely tough, has more heart than anyone and more importantly fights EVERYONE

Larry is scared that Loma is gonna redeem that sole loss. I think Larry enjoys it being there forever, a blemish. If Loma didn't pursue a rematch, Larry would be talking years from now how Loma didn't want it with Siri.

I think Lomachenko gives Larry that same, uneasy feeling that Golovkin and Kovalev do.

Who cares how many losses he has, really? This is your argument, the number of losses he has? He's fun and exciting and has had funner fights than your idol, Juanma 2x, Rocky 2x, Kokietgym, Vargas among others. I've never rewatched your idol's fights more than once while I've seen Salido's fights multiple times.

*I lie, I did watch your idol vs Castillo 1 more than once.

Robinson only had 1 loss after about 130 fights..
