I don't think he's bad when he sticks to talking about the actual fight in front of him...usually anyway. The biggest thing is he goes on these rants that he just can't let go off far too often that lose the narrative of what we are watching to push whatever narrative that may or may not be of interest to anyone beyond him.

That said boxing commentators in general seem kinda wonderful. Just Tell me whats happening in the ring & stfu beyond that. That's the job. I don't need any political stances. Just talk about Fight.

I disagree. We're letting these guys into our living rooms for 2,3 Hours, I like a little context or analysis too. Teddy's analogies are priceless, IMHO.
