lomachenko barely sells 3 thousand tickets no matter where he fights... Im guessing if mikey vs loma happens in cali or vegas they could sell 10 thousand tickets.... Mikey has a good fan base...

A lot of fans thought he would vacate his title after the GGG fight based on his comments and those from his promotion.. He was ready to give up the title to take on Khan at one point before it was going to the purse bid.. They extended the negotiations 1 week because of it.. That on top of the weight problems he mentioned had the boxing world thinking that he was going to move up to 154.. He really didn't want to commit to Spence until the fans began saying that Spence would beat him badly and that he was scared of Spence.. Not sure if you remember the comments made by Brook that indicated he was not motivated for a Spence fight..

I know he wanted Khan because it would've been a good earner. And yeah everyone knows he's tight at the weight. But even after he announced he's intention in fighting Spence, we had the usual "he's gonna pull out, he's scared" rubbish from non fighters who would cry from a paper cut. The same people who called him a coward and a quitter for being pulled out of a fight with a serious injury against a very dangerous puncher. Some people think the US are entitled to the titles in boxing, harking back to the glory days. Maybe they should learn to appreciate fighters based on something other than geography. A fighter from anywhere other than the US seem to be a bum to certain types on here. Not really boxing fans at all.

Nobody feather fisted would've smashed Paulie like that. He got rave reviews at the time. He clearly got Thurman respect. But think what you like. I ain't offended you've got an opinion. Brook showed a chin if nothing else against Golovkin. You don't know how Spence reacts when a decent hitter finds he's chin any more that I do. It shouldn't threaten you so much that somebody points the obvious out about a fighter you like. Hold the coronation. He ain't proven it yet.
