Really a positive test like this is very, very accurate but it all depends on what their lawyers argue.
IIRC they've already tried the "it was in our steak" argument...which should become an instant 5 year ban if you even invoke that bull**** IMO but whatever.

Nandrolone can be produced naturally, within the body, as a reaction to contaminants known to be found in beef and protien supplements. That is exactly what Tyson Fury claimed he was told by UKAD when he was advised that a trace of nandrolone had been detected in one of his urine samples but no action would be taken over it and he could consider his test result as a pass.
There is a difference between a flagged test result and a failed test. Eg, athletes don't fail a test just for having an usually high testosterone level, or T/epi-T ratio. They only fail the test if it's decided the unusual result was caused by testosterone supplements or a masking agent.

So why did UKAD class test results as "passed" when they were first taken, then change their minds and decide they were "fails" 15 months later?
Another way of looking at it .. if Tyson Fury failed a PED test while training for his title fight with Wlad, why was the fight allowed to go ahead without anybody being told about it?
