Khan always trying to talk his way into fights without earning them. Win a fight against a somebody. Khan is simply the biggest joke in boxing.

Khan doesn't deserve a shot but i'd still watch it.

Khan really needs to fight someone decent and get a win. Even a fight with someone like Jessie Vargas would do for now. A winnable fight for Khan and if he looks good then people might entertain the idea of him getting a title shot.

Thurman doesn't seem like he's interested in Porter ll. He gave some lip service, let our teams talk about it. That's his way out . The money wasn't right.

What was really "troubling" to me about Thurman was him talking about fighting in November (during his interview with Gervonta and Spence). You hold 2 belts, you are in your prime in a prime division and you haven't reached Floyd or Manny's status, how can you be possibly fighting twice a year. Lamont Peterson (which is a very live dog) should be his summer "stay busy" fight to set up something bigger later in the year.

Khan is by far the most deluded chin for hire out there.He was sparked out in his last fight .Refused to take a warm April -May won't fight again until oct. but still thinks he's up there.Having never fought any of the top welters ....in fact never beat a top contender.....Con IS the clown of all clowns .It's time now just to laugh at him !

Lets face it Lamont probably beats Thurman. Thurman was running for his life against a junior welterweight in his last fight. We know when LP starts smoking he comes on like a hard charging locomotive late in fights. Peterson also has no problem absorbing Thurmans punches so there would be no stoppage. LP has transitioned to WW much better than DSG, who was clearly never a puncher at WW. Even though DSG can't punch his way out of a paper bag at WW, Thurman still was shamelessly running from him and putting the 5 million that tuned in to sleep. Thurman lost to Porter in the first fight but the judges gave it to him. He now has 2 tough mandatories. He wants to put off losing his belt until november. That way he can atleast still be champion until november. If he fights Lamont in the summer his title reign will end faster.

this will turn into a thread trashing khan when the usual suspects get in but i'd like to see the fight, khans a world level operator. he wins some, he loses some but hes in entertaining fights and fights consistently good opposition. would be a fight i'd like to see.
