Didn't what's-his-name prove that Thurman's weak point were body shots? Where was all this body work when Shawn fought Keith last year?

lol peterson likes to stay in the pocket and trade punches which works to porter's advantage.peterson has had his jaw cracked by the much smaller matthysse. he's not bigger than porter only taller. porter fought as a middleweight when he was an amateur.I have no doubt that porter would maul and stop him. crack head shaw proves he doesn't know ****.

Shoulder I'll, my dawg, I get that but Manny is the most known ww in the world and, if I am correct, he isn't on hbo any more. They shouldn't be allowed to make the wbo title the de facto top rank ww title.

Thurman should be his next fight. If not, Crawford who bob might feel better putting in with the other top ww.

I hope this is the last we see of Berto co-headlining a card. The guy has lost lost pretty much 90% of all his biggest fights... lol. Yet, he still gets these big fights

Porter's style is grimy as hell and I can't say it is not ugly. Porter's style is like the definition of by any means necessary.

Still I do actually think Porter has a decent amount of skills to actually fight like that and be effective. It is not a traditional boxing skill set so I can see why you would call him unskilled but it is not something that most guys can easily deal with and he has pretty much perfected it (although he still smothers his own work).

There's something to be said about imposing your physicality on someone and using it to break their will.

Great fighters should be able to find a way to solve that puzzle.

One of these days someone will navigate him against the turnbuckle the way Mayweather did Hatton )))

It is kind of a throwback really, because I think more guys used to do it that way. So I think that makes his roughhouse style even more effective due to the uncommon nature of seeing someone do that.
