What Jacobs and the rest of the people giving praise to Jacobs performance don't realize or do not want to admit is that GGG purposely fought a 12 round fight and didn't want to destroy another opponent in hopes that he could bait the fighters that are avoiding him and secure a big fight against the money contenders. GGG admitted to purposely fighting a 12 round fight in his post fight interview. Jacobs is dreaming if he thinks GGG fought him at 100% GGG could have and will KO Jacobs easily if they ever fight again

Jacobs most definitely had fans travelling over from Brooklyn, but why wouldn't he think that the vast majority of the venue was there to root on Golovkin?

I doubt if many Golovkin fans booed the decision, but that's just my opinion. Jacobs surprised a lot of people but he didn't do enough in the judges' eyes to win the fight and I agreed with them.
"The sellout crowd of 19,939 at the Garden greeted Golovkin with cheers when he entered the ring, but booed the decision was it was announced, believing that Jacobs had pulled off the upset."
