    1. Doesn't Pacquiao have money problems though? I'm not sure he's in some great financial position. Look up the press on his taxes and how much money Top Rank took from the Mayweather fight.

    2. Yes, they built him up, but he's also a special talent. As a fighter you can't expect to have that type of financial success. There's no guarantees. Look at Walters. After Donaire he was on his way, but where's he now? TR Rank has a history of building up two guys around the same weight class then discarding the lesser talent of the two. I don't think it'd be wise to bank on being that person.

      ... Basically, in his division, Mikey calls out Flanagan... Not Linares, not Easter Jr... But he jumps at 140 to call Indongo and Crawford... and at 147 to call Pac... (he should call out Thurman eventually)...

        1. Pacquiao and the Tax Evasion case in the Philippines that alleged him owing 70 million dollars in taxes has been closed into Pacquiao's favor and the prosecutors that had went after him had been removed from the public offices by the current administration of the Filipino Government for alleged corruption.

        And Pacquiao is a part owner of a large company in singapore and is a part owner of a famous nation wide oil company in the Philippines + endorsement in his own country + his other endorsement in other countries such as China and Japan.

        His finances are quite away from problematic.

        "Why do people keep on saying I'm broke? I have more than enough money to feed my family over twenty life times, I just don't like showing my wealth." - Manny Pacquiao.

        2. Yes he had talent, but what about Bradley? What did he do after Pacquiao had beaten him? He made 20 more millions in his fights and was kept relevant till his inactivity in 2016;

          Pac's money problems were his own doing, not because of Arum. Pac earned upward of $300M in his career. While PBC fighters might be making a decent paycheck, PBC has also lost $500M in the last three years. Their two biggest names in Thurman and Garcia only made $2M each for their fight. Now, PBC has their backs to the wall and they will be forced to match their best fighters against other top tier opponents to make up for losses.

            Pacquiao is far from broke even. Idk why people keep on fussing that tax evasion when that case was already given to Pacquiao in his favor.

                True, there was too much made of it, I'm certain even at this point in his career he's worth at least $150M or more.

                  ... PBC, right?... It's PBC which lost $500M, and not Al Haymon, right?
