As IF Golden Boy was going to agree to the mandatory financial terms that would have been put in place on the fight after Canelo sparked Khan.

The fact of the matter is, every knows Golovkin is a one trick pony and Golden Boy allowed this fight to build so they can milk the $$$$$$.

Golovkin however, is being exposed in the process for what he is so the plan has backfired a bit and the fight has lost its luster.

Relax, Golovkin and Canelo didn't marinate for three to five years. It hasn't even been a "thing" for two years...he became his mando last May. He's only going to have second fight that's NOT Golovkin...

And because of the last part you stated, Boxing is going on the downhill, if floyd vs pac would have been made on 2010, it would have been epic, both in their primes, and a offensive aggressive pac, not the one who was knocked by marquez which pac is still good but not great like before, and I'm not giving excuses for the fight, just that it was not a great fight, what I'm saying here is that if people stops paying to see their favorite fighters fight soft opposition, great fights would be made more often and boxing would rise again, and no Boxer would get rich fighting low level fighters, is OK to give a boxer a change here and there, but we the viewers should control who they fight and when, not the promoters, not cable channels, we the ones who pay their bills.
