Why do people act like Floyd gained so much weight after weighing in?

You don't know what you are talking about, another case of little information is a bad thing to for the ignorant to invent what ever they like.I don't know I'm not a chemist why didn't lance Armstrong test positive all those years? Maybe because they are ahead of the game is that so hard to believe? I had no su****ions on Floyd until this incident. To me it's a huge red flag. You all act like it's no big deal. It's a huge deal for someone that as another poster stated walks around at 160 fully clothed but he needs an IV to rehydrate 3 pounds which other posters like larryxxx have stated is floyds walk around weight when he is active.
I met Floyd at the pressed for the Ortiz fight in LA and hung out and the dude is cool. He straight out told me if he is at 160 he hits the gym because he wants to always be in shape. So again to need an IV something he has never asked for before to rehydrate 3 fawking pounds that's su****ious. It's way more su****ious then his dad telling him manny on the juice
Fighters have been using IV fluids after weighins for 30 yrs it cannot get around the testing done today but the people with an axe to grind will bring up Armstrong as proof of masking drugs, it wont work today, and IV fluids minutes before samples were taken to be tested will not mask anything.
David Howman, the director-general of the World Anti-Doping Agency, believes a conspiracy of the scale and longevity of the Lance Armstrong case would not be possible nowadays.
The damning report published by the United States Anti-Doping Agency highlights the way Armstrong and his team-mates were able avoid detection from 1998 onwards by hiding from drug-testers, diluting their samples by saline infusions and using undetectable methods such as blood-doping and micro-doses of EPO and testosterone.
The riders were also able to ‘fool’ the EPO test by sleeping in altitude tents to boost natural red blood cell production.
“Do I think that a conspiracy of this sort could prevail now? No I don’t,” Howman said. “This started in pre-Wada days because the Wada Code did not come into effect until 2004. There has been a change of approach that has come about in the last four or five years in relation to not only gathering evidence through sample analysis but also through other means.
Much of the USADA investigation relates to the pre-Wada period when there was no standardised testing procedure with few out-of-competition tests in cycling. It meant Armstrong and his team-mates could hide in remote training camps and take performance-enhancing drugs without any fear of a knock on the door.
“There’s a lot more knowledge in anti-doping than was the case in the 1990s,” Howman said. “Don’t forget, it was the rampage of doping in the ‘90s that led to the creation of Wada and USADA.

I have an inside source, saying that an hour before he fought Manny, Floyd weighed in an incredible 277 lbs, for a 130lb overnight re-hydration.
On a serious note, I have never seen Floyd during an official weigh in while he fought at 147 looking drained. Many fighters have a sickly ****** in look to them but Floyd always looked healthy. I doubt he re-hydrated much, probably no more than 5 or 6 pounds.Comment

So you honestly think Floyd comes in the ring almost as big as GGG?? you cant be serious..Not sure why ya'll wanna make Floyd out to be some huge guy..its hilarious..fully clothed and retired he is only 160Comment

Yeah except USADA reviewed what happened and issued a retroactive TUE anyway.
It should be enough for any rational person.
Which clearly excludes you...Comment

We was talking about Floyd, why you drag Manny's name into it?The FACT is, he used an unauthorized IV injection to "rehydrate" so he already did something dishonest and broke the rules. USADA allowed it to happen, so they are just as suspect. The reason Floyd started this whole clean boxing campaign to begin with is because he has USADA in his pocket and they will either seal, hide or deny any wrong doing on his part and give him exceptions three weeks after a fight.
If any other fighter did this shyt you *****s would be screaming on the rooftops about what a cheat they are. Hell, you're talking about facts, how about Floyd and his camp making false accusations towards Manny regarding PED use? So you defend Floyd for making statements without any basis of facts but completely ignore the fact that he gave himself an illegal advantage prior to the Pac fight.
But, since we are here...
That was Manny's camp that had their lawyers ask if a failed drug test could be kept secret if it happened back in 09.
That was Manny writing a letter about how having a teaspoon of blood would weaken him, this while being tatted all over.
That was Manny and his folks never even thinking about doing random testing until Manny got KTFO by a guy they thought "might have been doing something".
Now, no that isn't proof of cheating but that is mighty shaky behavior.
As for the IVs, I just love how supposedly knowledgeable boxing fans try to act like it is something brand new simply because Floyd did it.
It's hilarious actually.
For the last time, we are a year and a half from Floyd's last fight and almost 2 from the tilt with Manny.
The only folks trying to "investigate" about the IV are a handful of pathetic, butthurt fanboys who reveal the fact they are casuals everytime they beef about a non-issue.
But, keep doing you fellas...Comment

This isn't about Pacquiao, who BTW I also believes uses, as does every world class boxer. Was he sick? He was sick for the cotto fight, and IF he were you know how fast you can rehydrate? Was he masking? It's always possible, but Manny zit back was obviously on something. Maybe they had a handshake agreement about something. People keep pointing the finger at Floyd as if he was certainly using, and IF that were the case, they try to pretend in their empty little skulls that he would be the ONLY guy out there using. Now why is that? They don't point out Mannys past drug issues, which certainly could affect one's ability in the ring. They don't point out that SUDDENLY golovkin has looked ordinary in his last 2 fights, doesn't have the same power...sure brook got a damaged eye, but so have a lot of fighters...cotto vs malignaggi springs to mind. Broker vs maidana, did you all see the swelling it his face afterwards? There's NO WAY he didn't have something broken in that fight. How many fighters have used in the sport? In every sport? But, but, but, they've never been caught...yeah? But SOME have just refused added testing.
I am talking about that guy who cried foul for 5 years about drug testing, who had his groupies give lectures on drug testing, like you are. The guy who is clearly a massive drugs cheat himself, who needed a retrospective TUE to cover his ass. What about when his cheating ass his hitting on other fighters? Are you OK with that? Don't come to me with stories when you're willing to sit there and defend one of the shadiest guys in boxing when it comes to suspected PED use.
Oh, and BTW, if it was some simple explanation about the IV use, he would have come out and said something fully, rather than hide and pretend it never happened.Comment

That was a ****ing lie spread by Tim Smith, that idiot who is the PR guy at the PBC now. File that under "Bull****" along with Pac not letting Hatton rehydrate.
I didn't bother to read the rest of your post after that garbage start.Comment

Manny being on the juice started after Uncle Roger starting talking about bullets bouncing off Philipino soldiers asses 500 years ago
Going back to Mayweather - the IV/TUE pretty much nailed it regarding him being a user. But just basic common sense tells you he was. Put it this way - a fighter in his late 30s, who we know will do anything to get an advantage and is the biggest money-maker in the game, is going to sit by and not use in a sport riddled with PED use? People ever believed that? C'mon.Comment
