talk is talk, but let Eddie Hearn and Al Haymon have that conversation first before making your declaration.

Callum Smith and Anthony Dirrell comes down to locking in the best deal; Callum Smith isn't yet to the point that he can headline his own show, on Sky Sports or at a big arena in Liverpool, and Dirrell isn't keen on traveling to the UK. Stage the fight at the 12k-seat Cobo Center, with enough Michigan talent to stage a pretty significant event (PBC on Fox being a great platform to work with), and air the fight in the UK (5pm out west, 8pm ET, 1am in the UK).

Indongo-Lipinets is an interesting fight, but I doubt that you can headline a show anywhere with that fight (could work as a co-feature on ESPN/SpikeTV, and likely Showtime).

If Hearn offers Lipinets/Haymon co-feature money to let Indongo-Davies happen, and a written contract for co-feature money to face the Indongo-Davies winner, the conversation would be had in house

Haymon won the purse bid because the council wouldnt approve Anfield, would have been a different story if that happened

neither of those fights have to be main events.... Al haymon will decide on which under card he puts them....

Ok... Either way you wanna put it. With just the WBA he can still get a much better payday than fighting Lipinets. What Im saying is, him being stripped of the IBF barely harms him because he still has another belt to fall back to. Now, if the IBF was the only belt he had and got stripped of it, then I can see your point of view.

I look at the IBF as an investment he has 2 straps it helps his brand. So he gets a payday now ok that's all well and good but if he fights Lipinet in the US on showtime on a good main event or if Hearn Purse bids the title out he gets an ok pay day again on a great main event say Joshua's next fight or Brook. Then he gets Crawford for all the marbles another good payday... I know some have no faith in Indongo but let's say he wins..... how many opportunities open for him then???

Once he gives up the IBF in today's boxing he's never gonna get it back.
