It's the WBO. They call mandatory's when Bob tells them to call them. Bursak isn't his mandatory. He's ranked in the top 10 by the WBO. How did that happen? I have no idea. But I remember last year when this guy was considered a horrible opponent for Billie Joe Saunders.
