Oscar is so ****ing transparent it's cringe inducing.
I liked him more in the good old days, wearing a thong...

        Canelo-Chavez fight

        Hey Guys!

To be honest, it will depend on which Chavez shows up on fight night. I have seen him on point and close to flawless and I have seen him when he really should not have taken the fight. He is in probably the best shape he has been in a while.

Canelo is more of a consistent fighter, and he lost to one of the best...Mayweather....only on points...he did a fantastic job that night, but I even felt then...he was not really ready for Mayweather. He needed to be a notch or two higher in activity and punches that landed.

I am picking Canelo to take this...and no, I agree, it's not going to be exactly a walk in the park. If Chavez can avoid or is able to take a Canelo punch to the head...it will be a good fight. if he can't, it will probably be over in round 3 or 4.

I am looking to this fight regardless. As Miles Lane would say....."Let's get it on!"

          GREAT first post !

          welcome

Canelo should have too much for him, but if Chavez has no problem making weight he is gonna take it to Canelo..... he has a great team and should be highly motivated

Thank You. I am more then average armchair observer, and would one day love to cover boxing.

When 2 Mexican's fight...there's always fireworks. I am not going to list all all the great fight as many of you have seen them.

can't wait...I'll probably wait for the replay as I have never ordered PPV since the Tyson/Holyfied ear chewing.

Lots of other good fights coming up, think it is going to be a stellar year for boxing and boxing fans - the rematch in June is the one I am highly interested in.
