when did kov get walked down? ward was goin backwards the entire fight. you know you have no valid argument for defending that bad decision when you have to make up things. sure ward landed some legit body shots but a lot were lowblows or were while he was tying up kovalevs arm and hitting with the other or holding him aroudn the back and hitting with the other. none of that is legal accordign to the rules so it doesnt count. once again if you have to count illegal punches your guy prob lost

yeah, but that beef was all her not agreeing with kovalev's opinion about boxing and women and wasn't personal at all. kovalev never said "women can't fight or something similar" he just said he didn't like it.

No, apparently they had a conversation in which he said it to her ("women should stay in the kitchen"). It was supposed to be in a joking way, according to him. But, she felt it was was one of those "jokes" intended to cut.

Considering his sense of humor has previously involved racism, I wouldn't be shocked if he said it that way. He's of a different culture. I don't freak out about that sort of thing. Again, if he feels that way, whatever. People are picking on her though, which I think is pretty small of them.

do female boxers use bigger gloves or they look bigger in comparison with their bodies because they are usually smaller than man? if they are wearing bigger gloves (than 8 ozs) they should make them wear the same as man and make them fight 3 minutes instead of 2 and 12 rounds instead of 10. that might increas the KOs and attract more people, maybe.
