    Gary Russell

he had HBO televising his 8rd TBA matches

but the biggest has to be Floyd..the guy has zero hall of fame fighters in their prime on his resume and his fans think he's the GOAT

While Floyd is a great athlete and defensive fighter, he is also THE MOST HYPED fighter to come along in the last 35 years or more. The level of praise that he receives from clueless media and the casuals is beyond any and all accomplishments. The media has already forgotten how he ducked a lot of dangerous opponents in their prime, never fought an elite in their prime and his cherry-picking to include his potential 50th fight against an MMA clown. Not to mention the illegal IV and his testosterone levels which are more than suspect.

It had to be Jermain Taylor. HBO actually compared him to Sugar Ray Leonard.

Nice arguments, and even IF you had some how can you say this about someone who's record is flawless right now and has won a golden metal AND ON TOP OF THAT is still competing and his biggest fights are yet to come. Idiotic thread.

I would have to say errol spence. He's fought no one to warrant the hype, best win is algieri.

At least loma and crawford have beat some tough comp in gamboa and russel Jr.

Joshua is the real deal, I think. Or at the very least a very talented, very solid HW.

He's likely to become very overrated after beating Wlad but that's just good marketing from him team, something other teams/promoters could do well to learn from.
