Ward is a homeboy, never fight the tough fights away from home fighter.

Take away his ability to foul his opponents while his opponents get warnings for just holding him, Ward isn't shiiit.

Ward didn't figure Kov out. The mother ****er just got whooped less the second half of the fight. ****ing slickster Americans want credit for doing little more than surviving and getting best up less than others.

From the first fight I took it that Kovalev went in with a game plan to out box Ward. He did great in that sense but Ward did enough to win. Basically I think there is two Kovalev's. There is the conservative conventional boxer we saw against Ward and Hopkins and then there is the brutal finisher we saw against Pascal. We'll just have to see though.

Sergio was the one holding, he held 54 times. Ward also fought him away from home:

Ward gets no credit for the amount of body shots he landed on Sergio. He slapped that body silly from round 3 on. Only Max was even acknowledging them on the HBO team. Of course, Sergio landed the eye catching shots so that's all that matters in most people's judgement of a fight.

                  kovalev ward

Sergei is making a mistake by taking the rematch in Vegas. It is the most corrupt commission outside of new york. Judging will take any or all rounds required to make Ward win. Refereeing will interfere and warn Kovalev while allowing Ward to hold, butt and hit low without a penalty. Look for a fight stopped on cuts from a Ward head butt.
