I'd feel confident in Ward if this was true, but he never cracked Kovalev in the first fight. He improved and made a run later in the fight, but even then he was squeaking rounds and in most eyes not enough to win. There was never a point where it felt like Ward knew Kovalev or how to deal with him.Comment

What the hell is this moron talking about? Ward got dominated the first half of the fight, but managed to make it competitive the second half, which I give him props for. At no point did he figure out kovalev,or much less dominate him.Comment

... ^^^ Right... Ward isn't the business of "code cracking"... he never was... Each time Ward feels that he can't "box" his opponent he switches to his dirty antics... but as long as the ref allows those, that it...I'd feel confident in Ward if this was true, but he never cracked Kovalev in the first fight. Exactly. These dummies on here would have you believe he put on some kind of masterclass the second half of the fight when in reality he just did better than the first half by a small amount. He somehow eked out a controversial decision but now he's got him all figured out lol... We will see.I'd feel confident in Ward if this was true, but he never cracked Kovalev in the first fight.
