Floyd will be remembered as the unbeaten guy who lost to Castillo and maidana and also lost in slo motion, second viewing to PAC.

One could argue he lost to De La Hoya too.

I think Paquio will be remembered more worldwide (in the US, maybe Floyd), they both achieved greatness, achievements are very similar, but one of them achieved it through a much more exciting career, his highlights will be played more often. Lets just put it this way the Manny vs. Morales Trilogy brought us more highlights, more excitement, more action than the 2nd half of Floyd's career.

People can say that Floyd was better but they can't say he brought more excitement.

Roidez was hulked up and getting his ass handed to him with a broken nose until he landed the lucky punch heard round the world. Big difference.

Undefeated means nothing when you haven't faced anyone in their prime. I'll take champion in 8 weight classes and some losses over a protected undefeated record over faded names and no-hopers.
There is no proof of Marquez being on steroids only speculation which is not good enough to level accusations at him. Marquez went through the same testing that Manny Pacquiao and his team said was good enough in 2010 so stop reaching. Pacquiao had 4 shots at Marquez, fought him at 4 different weights, and could never beat him clearly.

Floyd fought plenty of guys in their primes. Hatton, Guerrero, Maidana and Corrales were all prime. Canelo had 42 wins and 30 wins by KO and was hyped up as the guy to beat Floyd and he lost decisively. Stop looking for excuses.

Their stories are still being written so it depends. If Pacquiao continue to fight lesser opponent then fans will turn against him. Especially if he gets KO'd by one of them. Mayweather could ruin his legacy if for some unforseen reason he looks bad against McGregor or God forbids he loses. Mayweather is in the best position out of the two but it could easily change.

Manny was good, but he'll always have a PED asterisk for stopping the fight in 2009 and delaying it further with his outdoor stadium and 8 month cut healing times
