Floyd is most memorable fighter of last 25 years. Nobody was more polarizing and he retained his undefeated record through it all.

Manny was good, but he'll always have a PED asterisk for stopping the fight in 2009 and delaying it further with his outdoor stadium and 8 month cut healing times

Mayflower has that same asterisk to his record too. Both were part of the steroid era of boxing and both have clouds over their career and there is no way around that.

      Sucks huh

Mayweather will always be known as the greatest fighter of his generation but Manny will also be remembered as an ATG action fighter who captivated a nation and his country. Why can't we appreciate both if their greatness.

always? maybe by some but not always. his poor resume and lack of taking on the best will hurt him. some will overlook that of course and focus on the fantasy elements of boxing. they will look at how he beat past prime fighters and think that also applies to how we would do against them when they were good. Others with more of an eye for detail will say the greatest fighter is someone with great wins. this could even be a fighter who has lost!!!

Or a guy who is best known for planking half way through the fight? Because I still see some guys trying to say he has a better legacy than TBE.

You are outside of your mind. Mayweather has the PED asterisk next to his name along with the illegal IV and his questionable testosterone levels. Stop being blinded by hate and bias.

Floidiots striked again. Listen, PAC will always be remembered as the "first and only" 8 division champion in boxing history while Floyd a merely 5 division champion. You floidiots are just mad because PAC is still fighting and continues winning world titles while your idol is now retired. I know it hurts but you need acceptance that PAC is the only 8 division champion in history and Floyd will never ever accomplish that!
