It was maybe a little dull compared to past shows, but it was what you would expect. Wlad is a respectful guy and Joshua has looked up to Wlad, so there was never going to be any digs in this one.

I quite liked it to be honest, i thought the mutual respect was a nice change from the likes of Chisora throwing glasses at Whyte, and Haye and Bellew with scripted insults.

Could Joshua having so much respect for Wlad be a problem at all in the fight? Could he start feeling intimidated if Wlad starts well? I'm kinda on the fence about that.

That said boxing needs at least one English speaking role model as a major champion so it's great how they've conducted themselves imo.
