I think this is ridiculous myself. What kind of precedent is being set if every time a fight doesn't go the way one particular boxer expect we change the rule to accommodate them? I guarantee if the fight went the other direction and Ward asked for neutral judges in the rematch the reaction wouldn't be the same.

Is there a rule requiring judges to be from a country where the fight is taking place? Point me to those bylaws, please.
